Super Global issues new Actively Managed Certificate (AMC)

Luxembourg – Super Global, a German AIFM and expert in securitization solutions, announces the launch of another Actively Managed Certificate (AMC) tailor-made structured for a British Investor.

The AMC, specifically designed for a British investor, will be issued out of Luxembourg with a German ISIN. It is tailored exactly to the specific requirements of the institutional investor. The AMC will be funded with a mid-double-digit million amount and will be listed on a recognized Stock Exchange as well as being available on Bloomberg.

Super Global has appointed a US-domiciled manager to provide advisory services to the AMC. Through this collaboration, the AMC will benefit from the manager’s international expertise and also offers the advantages of a bankable Luxembourg security. Super Global will be responsible for the administration and ongoing life-cycle management of the AMC.
