Super Global
History & Philosophy
From our extensive experience in fund structuring and securitisation, we quickly recognised that traditional processes were reaching their limits. They are often too slow, too expensive, and insufficiently transparent, while the demand for flexibility, speed and digital solutions continues to grow. Super Global addresses this gap.
Our platform combines modern technology, automation and comprehensive expertise in the structuring of investment vehicles. The result is a scalable system that delivers efficiency, regulatory security and transparency for issuers, investors and partners alike.
Since our founding, we have made professionally regulated investment structures accessible to a broader market. What was once reserved exclusively for large institutional investors is now possible for small and medium-sized projects, with significantly lower cost and effort, without compromising quality or regulatory standards.
The name “Super Global” was chosen with purpose.
“Global” emphasises our international, holistic approach, both in terms of our platform and our clients and markets.
As an owner-managed, bank-independent FinTech firm, we think entrepreneurially, just like our clients. Using our modular platform approach, we develop bespoke structuring solutions based on best-in-class principles. For each component, we integrate the best partners on our platform and manage coordination, allowing our clients to focus fully on their core business.
Together with experienced and reputable partners in portfolio management, administration, legal, risk, distribution and data management, we develop tailored fund and mandate solutions for international initiators. Our commitment is to deliver the highest quality, full transparency and sustainable performance.
Our platform is modular, flexible and scalable, while also meeting the highest regulatory standards. As a BaFin-authorised AIFM, we have extensive experience in implementing and managing legally compliant investment vehicles in Germany, Luxembourg and Ireland.
We view technology not as an end in itself but as a genuine value driver. Whether digital issuances, asset tokenisation or complex investment structures, our solutions make investing simpler, safer and more efficient.
What began as an ambitious idea has become a leading FinTech platform in investment structuring. In addition to numerous small and medium-sized clients, major institutional investors now rely on our platform.
Super Global stands for innovation, entrepreneurial spirit and the highest quality standards, with a clear focus on client value, regulatory integrity and future-proof investment solutions.
